Services

Services are external integrations like SMTP or Microsoft Graph that extend your B2Win Suite functionality.

Two Levels of Configuration​

Services Configuration (Admin) Admins set up services for the organization - global settings, permissions, and access control.

My Services (User) Users configure their personal service settings based on what admins allow.

How It Works​

Admins control two things:

  1. Service Override Type - Can users configure this service? (None/Allow/Force)
  2. Field Permissions - What can users change in each field? (Hidden/Read-only/Overridable)
